This Privacy Policy describes how Reize LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use the ReizeTMS mobile application (the “App”) and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
The Services are intended for users located in the United States. By using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Information we collect
2.1 Account and profile information
We collect information you provide when you register or maintain an account, such as your name, email address, phone number, motor carrier (MC) number, company name, equipment types, and other profile or compliance details you choose to submit.
2.2 Authentication
We use our authentication provider (Supabase Auth) to process sign-in credentials, session tokens, and related security data. We do not store your password in plain text.
2.3 Operational data and freight listings
We process information needed to operate the Services, including search preferences, saved searches, bookmarks, subscription tier, fleet and dispatch-related data you enter, and messages or emails you send through the App.
The Services may present freight opportunities and related market information sourced from integrated third-party industry databases and data partners. That information is provided by third parties; we may process your queries and results to show listings and improve relevance. We do not name individual data partners in this policy because partners may change; the App describes current functionality.
2.4 Payment information
Subscriptions are purchased through Apple’s App Store (or Google Play on Android). We do not receive your full payment card number. We may receive subscription status, product identifiers, and transaction identifiers from Apple or Google to validate entitlements.
2.5 Device and technical data
We may process limited device and technical information needed to secure the Services and maintain compatibility (for example, device type, OS version, and app version). We do not use third-party advertising or behavioral analytics SDKs in the App as of the effective date above.
2.6 Location and navigation
If you use features that require location (for example, driver navigation or routing), the App may access your device location as permitted by your OS settings. Location is used to provide those features (for example, routing and turn-by-turn guidance). When you are a fleet driver on an active load, approximate position may be shared with your fleet’s account in the App so dispatch can see progress. If you allow location access “always” / in the background (when prompted), updates may continue when the App is not in the foreground; otherwise sharing is limited to when the App is open, subject to your OS settings. We do not use location for advertising. How long location data is retained depends on the feature: some processing may occur only on your device, while limited data may be sent to our systems only as needed to provide the service. We do not sell location data.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Services;
- Authenticate users and prevent fraud or abuse;
- Process subscriptions and enforce tier limits;
- Send service-related notices (for example, security or policy updates);
- Comply with law and respond to lawful requests.
We do not sell your personal information as “sale” is defined under applicable U.S. state privacy laws.
4. How we share information
4.1 Service providers
We use vendors that process data on our behalf under contractual obligations, including:
- Supabase (database, authentication, and related infrastructure);
- Apple and Google for in-app purchases and subscription status;
- Other infrastructure providers we use to host and deliver the Services.
4.2 Legal and safety
We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or governmental request, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
4.3 Business transfers
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to appropriate safeguards.
5. Retention
We retain information as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account subject to legal exceptions.
6. Security
We implement technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
7. Your choices and rights (United States)
We currently offer the Services to U.S. users. Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of certain personal information, or to appeal our responses. To submit a request, contact [email protected]. You may also adjust permissions (notifications, location) in your device settings.
If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA. We describe our practices above and do not “sell” or “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined by those laws, except as updated by a future notice.
8. Children
The Services are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Where we process information
We process and store information in the United States.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy in the App and on https://reizedispatch.com and revise the effective date. If we make material changes, we will provide notice in the App (and, where appropriate, by email to the address on your account) before the changes take effect, as required by law. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of an update means you acknowledge the revised policy.
